"The Vermont Agency of Transportation's mission is to work cooperatively to plan for and accommodate the need for movement of people and commerce in a safe, reliable, cost-effective, environmentally-responsible manner.

In support of its mission, the agency is committed to developing and maintaining a seamless, integrated transportation network that includes all modes of travel. This report details progress toward that goal. As of 2009 the 'Performance Report' has been supplanted by a 'Pavement Report.'

For 2010, the Structures Section issued it's own report. The same was done by the Transit Section in 2011.
