Areas of focus are nearly identical to it's prececessor. It's 27 measures directly support department goals and highlight connections. The wide range of measures acknowledges the multimodal nature of the department."

"The purpose of the report is to provide citizens with a quick, easy way to learn about how ODOT is doing. The report attempts to answer questions about ODOT's performance in meeting four goals: improve travel safety in Oregon, move people and goods efficiently, support livability and economic prosperity, and provide excellent customer services."
