"Colorado's 'Annual Report' overviews performance as well as provides evaluations by the Governor, Executive Director, and Transportation Commission Chairman. The report specifically pays attention to departmental and regional accomplishments. Data and measures are, for the most part, published in the accompanying 'Fact Book.'"

"Each year, the Colorado Department of Transportation is provided with tax dollars that it must invest wisely to deliver positive results for Colorado’s drivers and communities. Since 1998, CDOT has prepared an 'Annual Performance Report' to communicate the results of our efforts. Performance is reported in the four categories – safety, system quality, mobility and program delivery."
