"The 'Comprehensive Annual Financial Report' is presented in three sections: introductory, financial, and statistical. The introductory section includes a letter of transmittal and the Department's organization chart. The financial section includes the independent auditors' report, basic financial statements, as well as other supplementary information. The statistical section includes additional financial information and transportation data presented on a multi-year basis."
